Awesome company. On time, responsive & clean! They did routine maintanence on our HVAC system & and answered some specific questions about the longevity of our HVAC systerm.

Very easy to schedule appointment. Got one for the next day. Office staff was friendly and helpful in providing information. The technician was Jon. He was very polite and was really motivated to get my heat back on. Is a very old system but he was able to figure it out and get it going. And he was able to complete the job in one visit. We were given a 10% senior discount. Highly recommend for their work quality and professionalism.

Extremely timely and professional from start to finish. From booking the appt to the technicians figuring out the problem, the staff at Allegiance is always extremely friendly and professional. I was able to get an appointment in only one day. Technicians were able give me a break down of the solution to our issue very quickly. I have used Allegiance on several commercial and personal projects many times and they have always been great.

Excellent service. Both techs were very careful when removing the old (very large) unit down a flight of steps in my condo. No dings on my walls or hardwood floors. They showed up within 10 min. of the expected time and completed the job on time. Ed answered all of my questions and made some great suggestions for better distribution of the cold air throughout my condo.
Allegiance also gave me a $500 discount for "same day service" (even though installation was a few days later) which brought their quote to almost $1000 less than the second quote I received.
I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

They were able to send someone out the same day I called. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about fixing my air conditioner. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions so I could better understand my system and what it might need. He replaced a questionable electrical connection. But also diagnosed that our capacitor was not operating at it's full performance level he gave me the information and allowed me to decide if I wanted to replace this somewhat expensive part. So far the unit is running much better. I would gladly call on Allegiance Heating and Air Conditioning to work on my system again as if needed.
