These people have a very customer friendly attitude and are great for homeowners. For rental properties they are still getting some kinks out but are headed in the right direction. The good news is their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Where they still need improvement is in minimizing call-backs on new system installs.

I recently installed two mini splits (AC units) on a property and both times they had to come back later. I appreciate that they were concerned about other work going on, but I’m convinced that some or all of the callbacks could have been avoided. Even so, they are always improving and for that reason I’d use them again.

John & Jorge showed up on time & were friendly & courteous. They did a thorough inspection of our air conditioning & heating system & found that it is in good condition& ready to summer & winter weather. I highly recommend Allegiance Heating & Air as they are very professional and also support our community as a member of the Santee Chamber of Commerce.

Absolutely highly recommend Allegiance. I called the afternoon before and they were there first thing the next morning (coldest day of the year). Lawrence showed up and made quick work of servicing/repairing our furnace. Everything works great and we have heat again. Lawrence was a great guy, was very friendly, and was good with our dogs. Will definitely use Allegiance for any of our future needs.

It was just a tune-up for our A/C unit/yearly maintenance check, but the service exceeded our expectations. The technician, Jon, is an experienced professional, who methodically checked and took good care of everything. He was very kind, honest, patient, and took time to answer all our questions re. the current condition of our A/C system. We are very impressed with this first service by Allegiance, and look forward for continued business relationship.

Relocated a line set installed by a different contractor. the other guys ran it through a vent screen which let the critters in. Allegiance came out and properly installed the line set through the wall with the appropriate wall flange so i could re-screen the vent. it was a job well done

Allegiance was professional and timely when we had them install our new A/C unit in early 2019. We chose them from several quotes because they we felt they were honest and affordable. This is a quality company with personable representatives. I'll plan to use Allegiance again.

Very prompt and professional. I called them after reviewing all the wonderful reviews and I am happy I did. I now have AC in my main office which I am super thankful for as it is going to get very hot here soon!

Everyone we dealt with from the receptionist to the installation technicians were wonderful! I highly recommend this company. I didn't feel like they were selling services we weren't going to need like the other companies that gave us quotes. If you need anything to do with a/c or heating, I would have them come take a look. We couldn't be happier.
