Ongaro & Sons performed a backflow device test for us and even with this simple procedure, they treated us like we were their best customer. Extremely friendly and helpful with perfect follow through on every step. Service this good is extremely rare these days. If you value service like we do, these are the folks you want to deal with.

Brandon called ahead and arrived right on time He was appropriately masked, introduced himself and after being shown where the AC unit was he got right to work. He was very polite and respectful after I explained there was an infant in the house and I preferred not to have anyone come in. Instead he gave me instructions as to what was needed with the thermostat and later a meter which needed to be placed in a vent. His friendliness and courtesy were appreciated!

Justin called before he arrived, this and the email sent before he came was surprising and reassuring. I recognized Justin from the photo in the email. He was pleasant and well versed in his skills as an AC tech. The problem we had with our AC unit was resolved quickly and he had the replacement parts with him on the truck. He gave realistic advice and described how Ongaro & Son approach a heating and cooling system upgrade that will be very helpful to me as the property manager to explain to the owner . I will call Ongaro & Son before I call anyone else. Their customer service is great and this was a fantastic experience.

While we didn’t end up going with Ongaro and sons for this particular job, Douglas was extremely professional and personable. He was knowledgeable about our water heater needs and was very gracious. He did a great job and we definitely plan to use Ongaro at some point.

Alex was able to offer a very complete, courteous and informative estimate in regards to our HVAC questions for an upgraded system. Very professional, fast and thorough in every aspect! Gerald did excellent work and I am looking forward to working with Ongaro's again!!

Jason did excellent job of diagnosing and attempting to fix the issue we had with our heater. It seemed that he had figured it out but he also advised that we should see how it goes and if anything was not working as it should to call back and they would take further steps. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
The issue unfortunately continued. A call in got immediate service within hours. Tim came out and due to his experience already had an idea of what the problem would be. This indeed turned out to be the issue and he had it fixed in short order. I've dealt with Tim before and does an outstanding job. His customer service and knowledge is exemplary.

They do great work and their technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing is definitely on the high end and should be more competitive with other similar companies offering the same services.

Alex arrived on time and was friendly, articulate and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was able to advise clearly on options and recommendations. We are very happy with Ongaro & Sons' quality of work and customer service.

We received a quote for installation of a mini split HVAC system. We have not decided who to go with yet. I am giving feedback about our estimator's visit only. Our estimator was Drew. He was on time and with a professional appearance. He was personable and had very good communication skills. He was thorough in his measurements and in his explanations and in his quotation and the reasons for it. He asked us for feedback and discussed details of our needs. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a quote on an HVAC system.

James was the technician that came out to my house. He replaced my downstairs toilet and repaired the upstairs toilet that would run on it’s own, frequently just as I’m falling asleep at night. He explained why I was having a water level issue with my new shower head my son had installed for me, and attached the new hose line for my washing machine that the machine installer didn’t do, and determined that the washing machine itself has a problem that needs to be addressed by an appliance specialist. He was neat and tidy, cleaned up everything he worked on, explained everything to me, and was very kind. When he came, I felt like everything was breaking and falling apart. He addressed all my concerns and fixed most of my issues. I felt much better when he was done, like it’s all manageable. I highly recommend Ongaro’s, and James in particular.
