I called because I needed a thermostat replacement. Talked to a female that was rude and crude. Would not let me explain and hung up on me. I called back and told her that Pacific Gas had been out and checked my heater and told me what was wrong. That same woman again gave me a hard time on the phone and emplied that the gas man did not know what he was talking about. If I owned that company I would replace her on the phone. She hung up on me again. I found another company to help me. That woman is a.bad rep with a Capitol B.

The two gentlemen who showed up introduced themselves, were on time and completed the work quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave any residue in the sink. I would definitely use Jerry’s again!

After some confusion about scheduling as the repair went through our home warranty, two guys showed up on time and with parts. Issue seems to be resolved. I’d definitely call Jerry’s again.

Like Mr Scudder , I would not recommend Jerry's Plumbing either due mainly to their exorbitant quotes due to my experience. I paid a $75 service fee to have them come out to repair a leak that resulted in a quote exceeding $700 to have four of our shower's hot and cold water handles replaced. Way Way too much!!! I declined the quote but fortunately, I have acquaintances that are professional plumbers that can do a quality job for much much less. In hind sight, I erred by not considering other options.
I am not happy with my home warranty company who referred Jerry's plumbing to us and they will hear about it.
I am a fair objective person but not one who would be willing to pay such an absurb amount for this particular plumbing job.

I had a leaking outside faucet, now I don’t. Jerry’s handled my problem quickly, efficiently and in a timely way. The plumber was friendly and courteous. A simple, good experience.

Called them last night I did receive a call from one if there guys says he call when I’m his way never heard from him. Called again this morning never received a call from nobody. Ended up calling Matt’s Plumbing they came within the hour and was done quick .

I was very pleased with the service I received from Jerry’s Plumbing. They sent out a professional right away to give me an estimate on my job and returned the following week to do the work. Thank you Earl.

I was in desperate need of a good plumber and I was so pleased to have Earl and his partner... it’s not right that I don’t remember his name, but they showed up early they were pleasant, helpful, professional, polite, and informative and above all else got the job done really well.
I think that covers it.

I have used them for plumbing and Earl is top notch. He has had some difficult assignments in the rentals and always delivers. I have used them for heating too and was satisfied as well.

Hired by my home warranty to diagnose a busted hot water heater and then supply a quote for repair, the quote from Jerrys was 1550, about 700 more than expected, and all of that to come from my pocket as uncovered. In their quote they outlined a list of modifications and surcharges not covered by my home warranty. I had recently had the house totally replumbed , including the cabinet the heater sat in. Easy exterior access, basically a plug and play install. I chose the cash out option and took the 750. After buying a good midlevel heater, and paying a professional plumber 200 to put it in, I saved an easy 600 bucks. I dont have any love or trust for this outfit.
