They were awesome! We had no hot water and there was a possibility we would have to wait for days to have it fixed. Jerry’s came immediately, had the correct size hot water tank and also took the time to speak with the insurance company so we could get reimbursed!!! Great company ❤️❤️

My home had an issue after an inspection report and I was in a time crunch due to closing escrow. Jerry's Plumbing came out the next day and was very efficient in fixing the problem. I was very impressed with the technicians skills.

Don’t waste your money. They never finish the job at my home. $130 for just a quick inspection. First time around they said they found the problem. Then when they came back out, they told me it was another problem. I gave them a called and they came back out to supposedly to check the model of my furnace. Ever since, I’ve never heard back of them and they never finish the job. Very disappointed! I thought they were professionals and responsible. Such a disappointment.

Mario was great. Friendly and directed at repairing the problem. He explained everything carefully and made recommendations for a couple small preventative fixes that could circumvent larger problems. Also fixed (on the fly) another issue. All went well and I’m very little time

The service was good, the techs were courteous and knowledgeable but I don’t understand why it was 12 days between the diagnostic service call and installation of one part which I was told would probably take two days to get. I was without a useable heater during that time.

Jerry's Plumbing was the second place I called to have a clogged drain in my kitchen sink fixed. They were very good, with prompt and Professional Service. They fixed something that the previous plumber could not do.
