Big alert. Drivers don’t sign pulp sheets without pulping product. They will load hot product and you will be liable for hot being taken to receiver. We have perfect temperature recording and reefer download but have to pay for claim of $69K for delivering hot product. So must pulp before signing pulp sheet.

One you are at dock its quick. Wait time can be 3-4 hours as product comes from Narnia before being loaded. Staff is friendly

Check in staff is nice….. Few parking on site , 4 loading docks only….. cannot park inside overnight but can park outside on street…….At last u might be wondering y 1 star…. Well Sitting here for the 3rd day in a row… No load 😒😒

Experience not good check in 8 Am check out 6 Pm but enough space for parking inside and outside

Waited 9 hrs to get loaded

Nice people but need product the day before to fill orders the next day truckers are regulated by a clock if our clock runs out waiting on product then we have to wait 10 hrs. 14 hr. Work day only allowed to drive 11 of those ours so when you have 6 pick ups with a wait time on each pick up above 2 hrs. Doesn't leave a lot of time on your clock
