Jerry’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I have always found Jerry's service technicians to be honest and hardworking. I used them for two rental properties, and my own home, as well--for plumbing and for heating/air conditioning service. The office staff has always served me well, too. They were always very helpful, when I was dealing with repair issues from a long-distance (as an out of town landlord in those days) and had tenants needs to be coordinated along with my own requirements. Prices always seemed fair to me. Love 'em, recommend 'em.

My call was handled efficiently and professionally. They pulled up the history on the account summarizing in detail. The service tech assigned my issue arrived as promised was in and out in less then a hour. I summarized the issue. The tech did a quick trouble shoot then nailed it resolved the issue. Paid on the spot and I was happy with the quoted rate when he initially arrived. GREAT JOB !!!! Without hesitation, I will Continue to be a Repeat Customer.

Jerry’s replaced our garbage disposal which had stopped working. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my call. The plumber arrived promptly within the appointed timeframe and performed the work quickly.

Jerry's Plumbing really came through for me. Just before noon I called about faucet leaks in the laundry room. 30 minutes later, help arrived. Oscar listened carefully to me, made some excellent suggestions, and then provided an estimate. A few hours later, the relocated faucets were working and water restored to the house. During that time, I saw Oscar solve newly discovered problems with professionalism. He kept moving forward at all times. It was a pleasure to work with him. If I need help with plumbing, I know who to call. Thanks.

Jerry’s Plumbing acted immediately in my distress call for help with a tenant’s broken down inoperable water heater. They arranged to have William, one of their service technicians, to arrive within two hours of my call! William called me in advance of his appointment to reconfirm. After assessing the necessary repairs, William called me to inform me what was needed, told me that he had everything on his truck for the full repair, then gave me an estimate of the repairs, which was very reasonable. Then he called again to let me know of a few other necessary minor repairs which increased the original estimate diminutively. Then he called me when he was about 20 minutes from being finished, as I requested, so I could drive to the property to pay by check. William was very professional, efficient, kind, courteous and and very, very helpful in every aspect of the repair but most of all, he was just such a warm, friendly and personable young man. A real pleasure to work with. I would recommend Jerry’s Plumbing in a heartbeat.

I didnt hear from Technician the day I was scheduled to hear from someone. I called later in the afternoon and they advised me someone would contact me as soon as possible. No more than 3 minutes later, Earl contacted me. Had a job to finish but would be over right after. Within the hour he was over, opened up the ceiling, diagnosed the issue, made necessary repairs, and COMPLETE! Very informative, professional, and punctual! Had a great experience with Jerry's. They were actually selected by my Home Warranty company, but I couldn't have been more impressed with their speedy response and professional work. I will not hesitate to contact Jerry's whenever I have an issue, and I highly recommend them.

Our pilot light went out in our wall heater during the night. It was freezing in our house in the morning and it was imperative that we get it looked out that day. I called the gas company and the first appointment they had was 10 days away. I'm so happy I called Jerry's. They had someone come out the same day and he not only got our pilot light on but cleaned all the parts in our old heater. Couldn't be more pleased with their service and the nice young man they sent. Thank You

This is NOT the same business as JERRY, THE PLUMBER!!! Very deceiving because they use the same name Jerry and they are very expensive because they charge by the JOB, not by the TIME it takes to do the job. BE AWARE OF THE DECEPTION if you want Jerry The Plumber.

What an exceptional team!! I had plumbing issues in our new home and jerry's Plumbing was able to come that same day and resolve the issue. Derrick the plumber they sent out was reliant, efficient, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues, I also used them to do a camera scope to ensure our pipes were good. Thank you so much jerry's and your team!
