WHEN I CALLED HVAC INSULATION GURUS ON MONDAY MORNING I EXPLAINED THAT MY AC WENT OUT OVER THE WEEKEND. THE GAL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS PUT ME ON HOLD AND CAME BACK WITH SEIRVICE REPAIR FOR THE NEXT DAY. I TOOK THAT APPOINTMENT. SHE THEN TEXTED ME A REMINDER WITH THE DATE AND TIME AND THE NAME AND PICTURE OF THE TECH WHO WAS COMING TO FIX MY AC.

THE TECH THAT CAME WAS LUTHER PARKER. HE WAS VERY POLITE. PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. HE SPENT TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS DOING EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. IT TURNED OUT MY THERMOSTAT WAS BAD. LUTHER HAD A NEW ONE IN HIS TRUCK AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY AC UP AND WORKING. LUTHER EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO WORK THE NEW THERMOSTAT UNTIL I COULD WORK IT ON MY OWN.

THANK YOU HVAC FOR THE QUICK AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. I ALSO FOUND THERE RATES TO BE FAIR.
