Progressive Heating & Air

I called these guys to set up an appointment. They said they would have someone call me back within an hour to schedule it. I waited 2 hours and no one ever called me back. I called them again to say no one ever called me back. They then said someone would call me shortly. I got a call and scheduled an appt for 2 days later between 1 to 3 pm. On the day of the appointment at the scheduled time, no one contacted me. I called them and they had no record of my appointment. Negligence/incompetence/stupidity.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They gave advice in order to cut our costs and improve our comfort, rather than charge as much as possible.

Called at 830 on a sat night when our ac stopped working suddenly in the middle of a heatwave and our 1year old daughter was already asleep in her room as the temperature climbed. They had Edward out to our house in an hour and he fixed the problem and save the day!! Was quick, friendly, answered all our questions and will definitely use them again!

Installation crew was on time and did an awesome job with the new ductless system that we purchased with them. They finished the installation earlier than expected with no mess. A+ from me

Carl was super friendly and helpful. He diagnosed my thermostat problem and recommended a good replacement.

ANYONE CAN INSTALL A GREAT AIR-CONDITION BUT DO THEY DO IT RIGHT? AND MOST IMPORTANT DO THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. PROGRESSIVE HEATING AND AIR DO OUTSTANDING COMPANY THAT REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I AGAIGN THANK ADRIAN THE OWNER AND STEVE THAT SOLD ME THE SYSTEM AND CONTINUES TO TAKE CARE OF MY SYSTEM. COMPANY ALWAYS RESPONDS FAST AND PROVIDES ME WITH ALL MY NEEDS. THANKS AGAIN!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. CHEERS!!! RICHIE

Everything went exactly how they said it would. Steve was awesome, he even found and fixed a few other issues with my heating system that I did not know about.

No show, and still have the audacity to claim they showed up and charge me, and now that i need to contact them they are not available.
