Steve Wilmore was our service technician. We had an after hours emergency repair due to my 97 year old mother-in-law living with us during a recent heatwave. Steve was at the house approximately one hour after we called. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Steve was very professional and friendly. He was concerned due to the age of my MIL. I felt Steve went above and beyond. Steve Wilmore and Progressive did an outstanding job.
Many so-called 24 hour service providers were unable to send anyone until the following day! Why advertise 24 hours when they know they can't respond!?
I will continue to use Progressive and recommend it to anyone who asks.

There was a slight delay in starting this job because of Covid supply chain problems. Once they got all the parts they quickly scheduled and finished the job. The Tech also did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished. I own income property and Progressive provided me excellent, honest service for many years. I will continue using their company for years to come.

This company is fast to respond and was able to troubleshoot and repair within an hour. They are affordable and polite. I had Gerry Nava come out and he was polite and professional. I highly suggest them if you need a/c or heating repairs/ installation.

Progressive Heating & Air have always been quick to respond and have done exceptional with any follow-up communications. The Owner is very involved and James Calvin and Steve Wilmore are great at what they do. They stand behind their product and were above average at scheduling even during a pandemic where wait-times have been typically longer than normal. Definitely recommend you try them out, if anything for a quote to compare them with any others.

Progressive Heating and Air is the best! They were upfront, worked with lenders to get an air conditioning unit, and installed it in a very timely manner. The installers were efficient and had everything set up so quickly. It's been running essentially non-stop for several months now and we are cool and so very grateful. I highly recommend these folks!

Gerry was responsive to every phone called i made. He and his crew did a good job installing a whole new system into my house to include ducting. I would recommend them to anyone that needs AC services. Only reason why i put down 4 stars is because I still currently have a hole in the wall in my living room. And its still not patched its been over 10 days since everything else was installed.

Carl from Progressive was extremely friendly, communicative, and professional. I had a difficult furnace issue and he was able to resolve it for me. He went above and beyond to help me. I am very grateful!

Great company for installation of AC. The price is reasonable. Service is on time and professional.

I use these guys to replace my AC/heat pump in a condo. they did an excellent job and came in with the best price. my neighbor also used them and were just as happy as i am. i'd use them again if i were to move and need a new system.

Gerry was excellent in providing quotes, explaining systems and in negotiation. He was extremely responsive to many email queries. His crew lead by James was professional; and did installation to 100% satisfaction. Glad that i found them after days of search!
