Adrian was great, very reliable, honest and reasonable! I found him following another service quoting twice as much for some repairs I didn't even need.

Needed Eric again for my other AC unit and he didn't disappoint. High recommend him.

Carl was very nice and explained everything to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, the building I am in is all electric, so it is very expensive to replace the air and heating units. I am not working at this time due to the Covid, so I have been living off of my social security checks.

Steve Willmore came out to inspect our a/c unit - we have never had it done before - the a/c itself is original to our unit and needs replacing. Steve was super professional and explained everything to us. We feel confident getting our new unit from Progressive and Steve.

Adrian was prompt and professional. We were in desperate need of a new fernece after my elderly mother in law moved in. They provided financing and a great warranty on are new unit. There installation team was on time and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend there services.

Once again Steve W and the progressive team comes through! We live in East County, up in the hills and experience a lot of dust/dirt. We reached out to Progressive for maintenance and our AC’s are cooling once again better than ever. Steve is very polite, professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE!

Wow! How awesome is George?! I called two days ago and let him know that my AC unit had a leaking pan. He was able to schedule me for 945am the next morning. On the phone he told me that typically you aren't able to just replace the pan (usually you have to replace the whole unit), but he would come out free of charge to take a look. I dont know of any other repair person that will do a service call free of charge these days.

He showed up the next morning on time and was very polite in introducing himself, took his shoes off at the door and started to get to work.

Not only did he take a look at the leaking pan and explain my options, but while he was also up in the unit he noticed some plumbing and air vent issues as well. He fixed those because he said he loves being a handyman and fixing things and helping out when he can. So not only was he able to fix the leaking pan, but he also fixed some plumbing and air vent/circulation issues that i had (and had no idea about). SCORE!

I will most likely have to replace the entire unit...its about 15 years old now and has run its course. I will most DEFINITELY be giving my business to George at Adrian:)

Fantastic service. Adrian came out same day I called for an emergency repair, showed up when he said he would and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was helpful, professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for any more.
