Steve and his crew are what I like to call, "true professionals." They were friendly, communicative, on time, knowledge, and got the job done right. They identified several issues that needed to be resolved due to a poorly installed AC system, which was installed by another company. They walked me throw the what and why, and to the reasons for repairs.

Hire these guys. I certainly will again.

Called at 9, Steve was at my house within a few hours, and quickly assessed and addressed the problem with my two AC units. He went above and beyond to ensure that the system was working properly, testing EVERYTHING repeatedly throughout the repair process. He was up in the attic multiple times and was able to prevent a huge leak that was just about to happen! So thankful I was referred to Progressive from a dear friend who was also very pleased with their service and value. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We had our HVAC system replaced. Our old one was started to give us a lot of problems, especially in the summer months when we needed it the most. Lot, David and William arrived at the house early and started to get to work right away. They disposed of the old HVAC unit and left the area very clean. David was respectful when he entered the house. He put on shoe covers. He explained how to use the thermostat. We received a touchscreen thermostat that connects to Wi-Fi.

Called for service initially and wanted to make an appointment. The call center went to a person telling me that someone will call me back. Never happened. I followed up with the company and was able to make the appointment. The service person that came was very professional and explained what needed to be done and I went and paid for a service call. The service person told me that I was going to receive a quote for an instalation of a new AC unit in my email. Never happened.
Overall I rated a 2 for customer support.

Professional, honest and their quality of work is excellent! I have used Progressive Heating & Air several times for both commercial and residential HVAC installations on rental properties as well as my residence. They are hands down my preferred heating and air company.

Excellent service from scheduling to do quote to completed installation of heating and cooling unit and duct work. On time, friendly, cleaned as they worked and presented instructions on how to work the thermostat clearly.

The guys at Progressive Heating did it again! I needed to have my AC system replaced to get ready for summer and I decided to also add a new electronic air cleaner. When it came to getting a proposal, Adrian made it easy with 4 system options. We felt that he did not try to up-sell us things we did not need. They honored their bid even when the job required more materials than originally quoted. The installation crew was great...Steve, Eddie and Scott showed up, Steve kept me informed of what they were doing, and every time they stepped in the house they had drop clothes. I recommend Progressive Heating to all my family and friends and everyone loves them.

They let me know when Steve was on his way which gave me time to put the dogs in the back yard... Steve arrived and was professional and straight forward and handled my problem quickly. I will definitely be using Progressive for any of my future A/C - heating issues in the future. Thanks Steve.

Steve is a pros pro! He was early for the service. He clearly communicated while working. He told me some of his assumptions before starting and then reconcile those before ending. I would happily do business with Steve and his team any day.
