Ideal Plumbing Heating Air Electrical

I needed help with finding a certain part for a leaky toilet, so I stopped by Ideal. No, I didn't have the faulty part with me...but I knew what I needed, so I just asked where they kept that type of part and I would look for it. Instead, I received an unwelcome lecture and boring analogies from the guy who was there at the store, telling me why he couldn't do anything for me without knowing the brand, size, model number (yada, yada, yada...). The only reason I came to Ideal for my project was because I assumed they would have more selection in their showroom than the home centers, who predictably have only the same two brands which are one-size-fits-all made-in-China garbage. AND, I assumed they would have better service than the echo-filled cavernous, devoid of sales associates aisleways of Lowes and Home Depot. I'm no plumber, but I did graduate from high school and I don't need to be insulted by a business I'm reaching out to for help with a simple issue.

Joel was on time & on point. Fixed the leaking sink and was able to salvage the legacy fixture saving me the cost & hassle of getting a new one. Use Ideal Plumbing 👍

i just want people to know what a great company ideal is.the staff, tecnitions, management.i had a problem with my airconditioner during the heat wave, i was so miserable without air, i was having trouble sleeping also.they sent a a tech named joel..suffering with the heat got my air going, and he was clean, profesional, and courtious. id recomend ideal to anyone and i do.thanks again, giovanni brunetto.4803 hart drive.

Everything was IDEAL! Many kudos to Sheryl in the office for fast and efficient scheduling, as well as Matthew the technician for being polite courteous and efficient in repairing my neighbors and my air-conditioning systems from mouse damage.

I glad to see your company opened on a Saturday so I was going to patronise your company for my HVAC needs. Only to find out that if I use your company it would be concidered emergency service and would be charged time and a half. I guess I won't be using your business at all.
