Ideal Plumbing Heating Air Electrical

Ideal replaced the fan motor on our AC unit. Seems basic until you realize our AC is 34 years old. As a bonus they did it at less than half the original estimate when other estimates were 20 times higher.

We had a sewage clog in the main 3” line on a Saturday afternoon. We were desperate. Called Ideal Plumbing and In less than an hour an Ideal technitian, Jose, arrived, went to work, and solved the problem. He was a polite young man who displayed pride in the quality of his work. He told us the cause of the problem, cleaned the area, and left it in better shape than he found it.

Lars helped save us on one of the hottest days of the year. So professionaland addressed and fixed the issue very quickly. Everyone at Ideal is fantastic and they are so knowledgeable, I refer them to all my friends and family. Thank you Ideal!

Joel Casdan is the best. He was knowledgable and helpful in letting me know my needs and in installing my new water heater today. We had a leak with our toilet and called ideal plumbing. Robbie was worried that our older tiles might crack while repairing the pipes. He was not only able to salvage the tiles but fix our leaking toilet. He was very professional and always communicated exactly what was happening through the few visits. I would reccomend ideal and specifically Robbie for any of your plumbing needs.

I called regarding a leak in my main supply line. Ricci helped me and made the whole process manageable. After the work was complete I had some issues with a charge and again Ricci helped me figure them out and worked with me. My recommendation for anyone working with ideal, talk to Ricci she goes above and beyond.

Pete Gonzales, who specializes in plumbing, helped install a protective cage for the backflow preventer in front of the property I'm helping out with. Pete did excellent work. I've found him to be very knowledgeable and patient in answering plumbing questions and providing information on any plumbing concerns a client may have...a solid pro who certainly represents Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical well!

The work on my heating system was completely professional. The two technicians, worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and the final bill came in under the original estimate. High fives all around
