We had a unit installed that heats and cools the house. Everyone we dealt with at Ideal Plumbing was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew members were very careful with our house and property and went out of their way to satisfy our requests. I would like to thank you for sending Tanner to do my plumbing repairs. He did an excellent job. Tanner is the whole package. A hard worker, reliable, a technical expert, great communicator, and very personable.
He was here from 9 to 5:45 working and taking only a 45 minute lunch break. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He coordinated with the neighbor when installing the drain tube that when in her yard. He talked on the phone to my insurance adjuster answering all his questions. And when he finished the job he showed me all his work and explained it in plain terms I could understand. He showed me the shut off valves and how easy they were for me to use.
The new pipe he installed went thru the attic storage room. It was tucked tight to the wall, wrapped in insulation and anchored neatly. It looked really nice. The access hole he put in the wall behind the shower head had a nice looking cover over it. Even the water heater in the closet looked clean and neat. I was very pleased with how good everything looked. He paid attention to the smallest detail. He also seemed proud of the job he did. Rightly so.
He took about ½ to do the paperwork (his least favorite part of the job- ha ha). Then showed it to me and explained. He had taken pictures that were attached. I was impressed that he did it before he left. It was like the bow on the finished package.

Extremely professional and expert installation. Project was difficult due to configuration of air flow system but Phil and Hassan worked through the puzzle and did a fantastic job.

I have used Ideal Plumbing for my business and home repairs of HVAC and I am impressed by their attentiveness and attention to my concerns. They were pleasant and responsive from the initial phone call and were able to schedule us the next day. The repair person was easy to talk to and was thankful for the troubleshooting I’d already done, which let him skip about 1/2 hour of startup work. He had all the parts and tools on hand and had us up in running in no time. The fee was appropriate and we’ll worth it. Highly recommended.

Ideal Plumbing is outstanding. After I submitted a note for help online, a principal was on the phone to me in a couple minutes. He diagnosed the problem, confirmed after the crew arrived promptly. They fixed it right away. The fee was reasonable, even cheap considering the damage that could have resulted if I had ignored that hissing sound that came from a hot water line under the house. This is our second time (new house) having Dustin come install a tankless water heater. We had such a great experience with Ideal the first time we knew we wanted them for the job this time around. Dustin has an incredible attention to detail and really goes above and beyond.
