Smart72 Inc. is the best! ! They immediately called me and made an appointment after I contacted my home warranty company (AHS). Reminded me of the appointment and came out on time. My technician was actually a very nice person; professional, tidy, and really knew what she was doing! Fixed my furnace and left everything clean. No excuses; best repair appointment I have had.

The service rep came withing the time allotted, 12-3pm.
He checked the heater system on our brand new HVAC install we got in 2022. It was $49 for the service. The dispatcher said they have specials on this service during the year. She mentioned it wasn't hot enough to check the AC??? So I would have to call back to have it checked when it got hot??? That was the one thing I wasn't too pleased about.

Alex was prompt, friendly and very helpful. The prices are reasonable and scheduling was easy. Good experience. I will continue to use this company and will recommend to others.

Bailey helped me out and located where the HVAC condensation leak was coming from. Once we found the problem he was able to seal it up and eliminate the problem in less than 30minutes. I recommend these guys again!

Someone came out in November and had to order parts. They returned a week or so later and had to order more parts. They temporarily fixed the heater at that time so that it would run. They literally zip tied it. I had to call the company numerous times to check on the part and finally in January it was fixed. However now it makes a horrible sound when it runs and they said it can’t be fixed. I am not satisfied with the service. The only positive was the calls prior to and on the day of service to let me know when a service provider was arriving.
