    The technician who came out was polite and knowledgeable. He checked the system over to make sure everything was working good. I was disappointed that he would not be able to change the filter, as that as a main thing I needed to have done. I didn’t realize they didn’t bring filters and that I have to buy it beforehand, but I’ll know that for next year. Thank you.

    Very highly recommend. We are renting the unit so while we have no insight to cost or maintenance we did get to experience the ease and high quality of service first hand. The first consultative visit was from one of their most senior technician that was very polite and informative walking us through exactly what some of the issues were. She mentioned it might take a few weeks to install and provided guidance and what to do in the meantime (lighting heater manually).
    Once the parts were arrived with SMART we got a call and had them come on site. They had two technicians come and provide the install. Very friendly polite and was able to service and fix the heater (which required a new circuit board and ignitor) in 20 minutes. Awesome experience!

    We had Jesse come out today to diagnose and repair a thermostat/heater and he did a quick and amazing job at getting the thermostat replaced (long overdue) and heater back going for us. They scheduled me in next day, and kept me updated on his arrival during the designated time slot. Jesse was punctual, friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in his trade. He finished the job quickly and explained everything to me thoroughly upon completion, and even walked me through how to use the new thermostat controller and made sure I wasn’t left with any questions.     What a refreshing change from the usual tech that comes out for a call through a home warranty service. Bailey was professional, straight forward, and honest. Felt like we were talking to someone who actually cares about his reputation, his company’s reputation and the safety of the people he is helping.     This company is the way it used to be. Honest respectful….told you when they were gonna be here and actually got here early!!! Evaluated our entire system & didn’t just spend 10 minutes and leave. He spent an hour and a half testing our system. He made sure that we had all the information we needed for both now and future maintenance. It isSimply amazing there is a company like this around. 10 STARS!!!!! They even seems like they cared.

    Jesse Stites was the technician who inspected and repaired our 40year old gas wall unit. He checked all the important parts and removed the cover to check the unit and it’s safety. After him explaining the unit’s operation and addressing the issue he installed a new modern thermostat and stayed for 15min to make sure it was operational. Together he helped us relocate our carbon monoxide alarm to the best location.

    He was a kind and funny along other being a helpful individual who would bless any home he is invited into. I highly recommend his services and will keep his card on the fridge. 5 stars all the way!

    When I bought the system I was sold on it being able to be controlled from my phone and the home thermostat. Unfortunately I got just the home thermostat working and no contril of the main room heater from my phone due to some incompatible equipment that was sold to me as being compatible. The technician was helpful but couldn't make it work both ways. Looks like the heater I just bought already needs to be scrapped for one that will work both ways
