Excellent Service - was cold and miserable for four days, but waited patiently - the service man was thorough and answered all our questions patiently - warm and cozy - thanks!

Interim thermostat (provided by home-owner) installed pending replacement by a Lennox newer model thermostat to be procured by smart 72 (or ordered by user) and installed shortly.

Have to say we were out of cold water for almost a month taking a bath with pots of water I had to warm up on the stove for me and my family. I have called a hand full of plumbers most of them didn’t know how to work with a tankless water heater my neighbor told me to try this company I was amazed his name was Henry he came out Friday I told him how long we have been without hot water he said he will have three employees at my house Monday morning.mind you we have been through so many plumbers I was like we will see.they let me know they will be at my house that Monday They installed a new one in less then 4 hours the staff from Henry to the guys who came to install the water heater were polite tons of experience and very friendly. If you need your plumbing needs met call them I can’t say how happy I am to use my pots for Cooking instead of boiling water for a bath. Smart 72 thank you all again.Very grateful for this company.
