Came out to check our heater and run a safety check, very friendly!

Was able to diagnose and fixed the issue

Installment went well, then the heater stopped working, called multiple times and no one ever shows up to fix the heater when they say they will, customer service people seem to be nice but that’s where all the help ends and you can’t get anywhere with anything

It has always been positive.
