Yee, the service repair rep was great, a gentleman. The company, tho, makes it hard to get a hold of them. We played ultimate phone tag. If you call the tech has to call back you can't just speak to them or call them directly and you can't set an appointment with the grumpy lady. One call the lady was nice but didn't seem to have control of anything and may have been in another country. They did come fairly quickly and charged half what balanced comfort quoted.

Ruben did a great job! Very knowledgeable, skilled and very efficient, I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

It was a little pricey, but they got the work done quickly and they were professional and easy to get ahold of. We had a great experience.

The lady who answer the call and repair technician Chris are great. I was able to get an appointment within couple of hours after I called on a weekend eveing. Chris did a good job and he pays attention to detail of his job.

Pao completed the yearly maintenance on our 2 furnaces. He was very courteous, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, & helpful.

Brian did an amazing job. He was on time, explained everything that was happening and how it would be fixed. Decided to get new toilet and the installation was very smooth and fast. Would definitely recommend Lee's Plumbing. Brian was also very professional.

Francisco Ramos was exceptionally professional and honest. His vibes were definitely sincere. He fixed what was needed and found some other serious issues (pictures included)which then gave us advice for. I like that the invoice includes pictures, it helps alleviate the doubt or suspicions of being ripped off. I recommend lee’s to get the job done and done.

Our heater quit working right as this very cold rain storm was coming! Lee’s was able to get us scheduled the very next morning and had it working. Thankfully.
