Jacob was terrific! He was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was needed after making a quick assessment and provided clear options for repairs and cost estimates. He had everything he needed on his well-stocked truck, so no need to reschedule while waiting for parts. After waiting days for Angi’s List and Home Advisor to respond, I called Lee’s Plumbing and Air and received service the same day. Jacob’s team was respectful of my home and patiently answered my questions. Prompt response, knowledgeable, skilled expertise and very efficient!!! I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

We just finished an installation of a complete new heat pump/ac system. From the very beginning, Todd provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. He took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I wanted, and was available for several follow-up questions as I was deciding on a product and a company to go with. It was mostly due to the confidence I had from my interactions with Todd that I decided to go with Lee’s Air.

When it was time for the install, John and Austin did an amazing job installing the whole system in 2 days. It was definitely difficult and highly technical work, but they made it look easy.

After the install, they helped to facilitate the testing and city inspection.

I am confident in their work and that they will be happy to support me in the future. Huge thanks to Todd, John, and Austin and everyone over at Lee’s!

After not getting the repair completed by the service sent by my home warranty, I contacted Lee’s, who replaced my HVAC a few years back. I cannot say enough good things about the availability, the communication, and the service provided. Raul talked me through everything and patiently answered my questions.
