I could not be more pleased with Jaguar Heating & Air. It started with a very reasonable quote/estimate and was followed up with an efficient and professional installation day. The mini split system was the missing piece for my house. My second story master bedroom became so uncomfortable during hot summer days . Within minutes this new system made the room cool and comfortable. Thank you Jaguar… thank you !

Vincent, service technician, came earlier than I expected. He was polite and called ahead of time to ask me if it would be okay if he parked in the driveway. When he arrived to the front door he introduced himself and put in the blue shoe covers before entering my house. After assessing the issue, he explained in detail what was happening and how he was going to repair it. He was very knowledgeable and communicated as to the next steps. He even trialed the a/c and heat to make sure everything was running properly before he left. I would highly recommend Jaguar Heating & Air and I would use their service again in the future.

My air conditioning unit was not cooling. It was not turning on, so I called Jaguar based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Vincent from Jaguar came out. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, why in the cost of it. The necessary repairs were made and he got my unit up and running. I am very happy with this business and highly recommend them!

My husband and I needed to move our furnace from a closet to in the attack. Jaguar did an exceptional job, and although something came up, as it usually does with homes, they were communicative, and fair. Jessie was our go to for communication, and he was great! We are very satisfied with the job.

Excellent is the word! They installed 2 new heat pump HVAC systems last year and came back for the pre-summer check up. The units have been working great over the winter and surprisingly put out a good amount of heat regardless of what people say. The technician Jaxon came out on time to service them and was a pleasant, knowledgeable, and very competent and cordial young man! I give Jaguar two thumbs up, don’t hesitate to call them!

Jaguar was the last of 4 estimates I scheduled to replace my HVAC system. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I felt confident in choosing them for the job. On install day, all went smoothly and I am very happy with the work that was done.

Johnathan did a great job! Arrived on time, efficiently checked HVAC system and let me know to watch the capacitor - if any issues over the summer to call but otherwise should be good until fall maintenance. Highly recommend this business!

Had a great experience! Marc came over to help with my nest thermostat connection (c-wire) to my HVAC system. He was friendly, quick, and a trouble shooter. Very pleased with the service and work. Will definitely be using them in the future.
