My AC went out last week with Bell brother stickers everywhere so I called them. They told me I needed to replace my system $26,000. My heart dropped. I decided to get a second opinion and called jaguar for a free estimate. Mark my technician told me my system is clean but would just need a new control board. No guarantee but he advised me he’d roll the dice.
Calling jaguar was the smartest move I’ve made as a home owner. The bill was $1,800 NOT $26,000. My wife is happy, I’m happy. We will be customers for life :)

They beat competitor's quotes and soon enough Jesse and the techs were working hard for two days and left a mess. We had a cardboard cover for several days before they finally came back to "finish" the job. Fast forward one month later, it's already busted and we're left wondering if our kids will get any sleep this weekend in an 85 degree home. If you want the work done effectively and professionally please take your investment elsewhere.

Still, the worst part might be administration. Scheduling services is a headache when they never run out of excuses.
