Vasiliy and his crew did a great job diagnosing the problem with my AC and informed me that the part I needed was under warranty. They ordered the part and promptly replaced it while only charging me labor. Very professional and easy to work with!

I called A Cool Air the next morning and they arrived within 2 hours to repair and had the unit up in running again within 15 minutes. They saved my toddler and pregnant wife from the sweltering heat. I've used them before and will continue to use them in the future. I engaged 4 different companies with great reviews to provide a proposal to replace our 18 year old AC and Furnace, and ended up choosing A Cool Air and am so happy I did. Peter (the owner) came out to give a quote and didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't need like others who quoted significantly higher for the same job. His crew was super professional and did an amazing job on the installation and completed on schedule. They were even able to solve a challenge with the downstairs thermostat wiring that others said would be impossible without significant additional cost. I also used them to replace one of our gas hot water heaters with an electric heat pump model taking advantage of SMUD's rebate and they also did a superb job on that as well.
