Our contractor was professional, diligent and thorough. Our old heating system required a replacement motor. This work took a few days to complete and long hours. Our contractor put the necessary time in patiently and professionally. We couldn't be more happier with the service we received.

Sunrise installed our solar and HVAC 3.5 years ago. I called with an operational issue with one of our HVAC units (heater problem). They were immediately available by phone and within an hour had someone scheduled for service later that afternoon. The technician showed up on time, was professional, was very thorough, and fixed the issue right away. He even showed me pictures and video of the wire fault and the insulation stuck in the fan blade. Couldn’t ask for better service and am grateful they stand behind their products and installs. Would definitely use them again and will continue to refer friends to them.

I first met them at the Auburn Home Show and got estimates for our HVAC and solar. In the process of getting other bids for comparison, I met Holli Tamas, the owner of the company. It was great to work with her and the staff. Our house was complicated with the needs and timing delays of other subcontractors but Holli was patient and prompt when we needed their crews onsite. When it comes having workers in my home, it is important to have courteous crew members, and assured they are professionals. SES was competitive in their pricing, but more importantly they stand behind their work and the crews were quality people! Every time I need to adjust my temperature, I am grateful for SES and love our system.

My AC condenser stopped working yesterday when it was 102! I called Sunrise Energy Solutions this morning and Trevor was here within a couple hours. He figured out the problem in 5 minutes and installed my new WiFi thermostat. Excellent and professional help from the front office to Trevor in my home. I highly recommend them!

They helped me upgrade my system. The sales person did all the work and figured out that I needed 14 panels upgraded. Once I received the new microinverters, the installers put them in today. They were punctual.
