I appreciated the prompt response to my initial inquiry and request for service. The service tech was prompt, courteous and skilled at testing and diagnosing the system and then offering appropriate solutions. The overall costs for service and minor repair I thought were reasonable and affordable.

This company is always wonderful when they come over. They don’t overcharge me and they don’t recommend things that I don’t need.

I purchased my solar from Sunrise Energy in 2015 and have been very happy with my choice. They were great to work with from beginning to end on the install, price, and quality. I have had a couple problems with equipment since my purchase, but the problems were resolved very quickly, nothing do to their workmanship. From my experience, take it for what it’s worth., you will be hard pressed to deal with a nicer bunch of people, all the way to the top! Having had a business, now retired. I usually will leave bad reviews when I’ve had buyers remorse, so I feel happy when I can leave a good review. I would highly recommend them, Imhope if you do your experience will be a good as mine.

We are new to the area and received a welcome package in the mail with a coupon from Sunrise Energy solutions. I called that day and was able to get a technician out the next day to do a 28 point tune up. He was on time, and very courteous. He was knowledgeable in our HVAC system and informed us preventative care. We were very pleased with his work and would use them again in a heart beat.

We had Jeramey as our service tech. He did a great job even when some problems came up. Great personality, very polite and calming. He would be welcome again.
