They did not provide the service we asked. They charged us more than twice their competitors and wanted more money to fix the actual problem. Additionally, they did not ground our breaker boxes. This could have been disastrous. No one called to follow up.

I was able to get a same day appointment which I couldn't find anywhere else and with teleworking a same day appointment was essential for me. The woman who helped me schedule was friendly and understanding to my urgent need. She also followed up with an arrival status.
