Maverick Electric, Heating, & Air

Maverick Electric has been responsive to me. Although I did not go ahead with the job, the electrician was 1) Professional, 2) Responsive, and 3) Friendly. He showed me some faults in my electrical system and gave me an estimate.

I'd recommend him for major projects where a handyman cannot perform.

We woke up on Saturday and our power was off in the back part of our house. We were desperate to get someone out that day to fix the power, as we have a fridge in our garage and didn't want to wait til Monday to get things fixed, in fear all the food would spoil by then. I spoke with Sara on the phone-she was amazing! She was very friendly, understood the urgency and said she would work on getting someone out. I hadn't heard back from her for a bit and thought I had been forgotten, but to my surprise, Sara called and said she had worked some magic and could get someone out to us that evening - even though we were a little out of their service area. We were thrilled! David showed up and said he was ready for the challenge and went to work. What we thought was going to be a huge mystery to find the fix ended up being a blown breaker-he fixed the issue in minutes! David was wonderful to work with and the fact that he had us up and running so quickly was awesome! Thank you Maverick!!!

I can not say enough good things about Joel with Maverick. Not only was he professional, articulate, knowledgable, thorough, and timely he also way above and beyond. My 4yo son was VERY excited to see what he was doing and Joel not only allowed him to watch but engaged with him! Joel even gave my son one of his tools so he could "help"." He not only provided great service for the AC system service but he also absolutely made my sons day. Thank you Joel. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will most definitely be requesting Joel to do each and every one of our services going forward.

Great customer service and experience that I had with this company. They were able to accommodate me because of my busy schedule, they fit me in when I needed it! The process was simple, easy, and work was completed that day! Would recommend to my friends and family!

Just had Steve and Joel out to the house to give an estimate for a whole new system for the house. They were polite, informative, honest, and ethical from the get-go. They went above and beyond the highest of Customer Service Standards by not only inspecting the current system fully and explaining each finding in detail but they went out of their way to do a few minor clean up maintenance processes to keep the current system working until a decision was made on what to do.
I wish there was a way to give more than 5 Stars because these guys are in the Stratosphere!!!

Maverick was the 1st and only electric service I called. I was looking for someone to fis the wall outlet for my dryer. I was scheduled for an 11-2 appointment and they actually came early about 930am. Nathan was my technician. He was extremely nice and explained everything to me to where I could understand no follow up questions needed. He also inspected my electric panel and let me know what needed to be done. I truly appreciate him for the work he did today. I will be using Maverick for all my electric needs! I highly recommend their services.

Maverick’s electricians were very competent, professional, and polite. They quickly identified and fixed the issue with my home’s electrical wiring, and offered sound advice on how to move forward with preventing the issue from repeating in the future. Based on my experiences with them, I would say that the good reviews are warranted, and theirs is definitely a service worth strongly considering for those experiencing electrical issues in their homes.

I had Maverick over for an evaluation of our A/C unit/system and their representative Joe was so wonderful! Thank you Joe! Very kind, helpful, but also appreciated him being direct and to the point about what their suggestions and recommendations were for us and offered to come back and provide us withsolutions available. They are great to work with, excellent customer service and offer affordable payment plans for larger things like replacements or repairs.

We had our whole house completely rewired, all outlets replaced, all switches and light fixtures replaced, and we had plugs added. They were prompt, professional, had very good communication, but most of all did a FABULOUS job, and had the best value compared to other companies. I highly recommend them!
