They were great, my Heater went out and they sent someone out the next day. David was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He fixed the Heater for us while he was here and didn’t price gouge us. We have used them in the past and have always been happy with the service they have provided.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Economy Heating & AIr. I am putting in a backyard shed and needed my A/C unit moved to make way. Shortly after leaving a message I received a call from Joe. To better understand what I needed he asked if he could come on by that same day and take a look. After inspection he agreed it could be done and set the job up to have someone come out the very next day. That impressed me because I had called other businesses and they either wanted way too much money to do the job or didn't even return my call. True to form I received a call the next morning from Scott who told me he was on his way. Scott was extremely professional, Friendly and very accommodating to my needs. He explained everything he did which was far more than just moving the unit. ON top of just moving the unit and extending the lines to reach the new location Scott also did an excellent job of insulating the lines, tying them back very neatly to keep them out of the way and cleaning the unit and tightening all fittings. He confirmed that the unit was working efficiently and left my yard looking as clean as it was before he got there.

My wife and I talked with a representative at the recent Sacramento Home and Garden show. We talked about manufacturers they carry and our desires for a Mini-Split system. We then scheduled an appointment. When no one had showed up or called on the status, I called their office. It didn't take long to learn that they do not go to Vacaville. So much for integrity, as they wasted our time... and day. We could not recommend a company that isn't honest and forthright from the beginning. Oh well... another lesson learned; follow-up with a phone call the very next business day.

Our AC was only cooling the air a little bit. Called a few companies and only one could come out same day. The company that came same day (big name advertises a lot but I don’t like to bash companies based on one experience) noted low pressure at evaporator and recommended system replacement at $20,000 for two speed 4 ton 17 seer system with simple 1 day install to closet and through garage to evaporator.

Read good reviews about economy and called them. Tech came out same day. Scott was very professional and helpful. He had better equipment to analyze pressure and temp at evaporator that the other company. Discovered malfunctioning TXV valve for inexpensive repair.
