David was great. Told us the whole picture. Repairing vs new. We have been repairing and slowly added up to $3,000 about half the price of a new unit in one year. We opted to replace the unit it's been there 20 years. The crew came in and replaced the unit and furnace with professionalism. It took the better part of a day but was well worth it. Thanks David for being so thoughtful of everyone's needs. Thanks to the crew for a speedy replacement. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our AC started blowing hot air today and we scheduled an appointment with our home repair plan, they advised the soonest available wasn’t for a week. We have an 83 year old in our home, this wasn’t acceptable to us. I searched for a repair company near me and saw the Google and Yelp ratings. I was on the phone so I chose the option to text and asked the cost and availability. I immediately received a reply and was able to get someone for this afternoon! The repairman was here literally within a half hour and had our unit fixed within 15 minutes! I am in awe of the responsiveness, the speed and friendliness of everyone involved. I appreciate the way this company does business and I highly recommend them for your service needs. I am so grateful for them today.

David, our technician arrived on-time, made a quick diagnosis and fixed the problem quickly. He kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciate that he did not try to up-sell service or recommend a replacement despite the fact that my system is old and could be replaced. Price was more than fair.

I couldn't be happier with my service from Economy Heating and Air. My technician was Dave and he was absolutely great! He came out on a SUNDAY and immediately figured out what the issue was and was quick to get the parts orders and return the following day. While installing the new part, he discovered something else that needed to be replaced and once again returned the following day to complete the job, no questions asked. Dave and Economy Air are very fair with pricing and Dave took the extra time to go through different options and scenarios on how to go about my repair. He was very polite and down to earth and because of him, Economy Air has earned a new customer moving forward. Recharged our AC TJ will return in approximately two weeks to check for leaks.

We had an old HVAC unit (1985) that was struggling and finally gave away during the winter. We called Economy because they were highly rated and local, and could come out that same day. Dave checked everything out and presented multiple options. We've had quotes for replacement from the "big brands" in the past but we're much more expensive than we were willing to pay. Dave gave us peace of mind, explained what the process was, and offered help securing financing. The job ended up being more complicated than planned but Economy worked extremely hard and were very professional throughout. Ive told my friends and family to use them and can't say enouh good things about the entire crew.
