Economy HVAC was great, we had an AC go out during a heat wave and I called around to all of the HVAC companies in the area and Economy was the first company to respond. Every other company was booked out for weeks if not months. Economy worked around their schedule and were able to fit me in next day. I was glad to see that they treated my problem as an emergency and emphasized getting the problem diagnosed as quickly as possible. Their tech arrived a few minutes early and was quick to diagnose the problem, and give me some options. With my case the AC had completely failed. I felt like they were honest in diagnosing the issue and didn’t try to just give me the expensive options to make a quick buck or anything, they were thorough in explaining what went wrong. The provided a temporary AC solution for us while we waited on parts to get in for an AC replacement. On the day of the installation they were once again right on time and they completed the work quickly. All in all I am very happy with the work they did and will continue to call them if there is anything that comes up in the future.

Our bi-yearly maintenance company let an issue go by without repairing it. They then came and gave us a $4500-15,000 bid!! This is our 2nd unit so we knew it couldn’t be that bad. I called Economy and not only did he find the real problem, but they were able to fix it for $1200! It’s running great now and things are much cooler.

From my recent phone call with Debbie requesting service to the conclusion of my hvac maintenance appointment with Scott, I was impressed as always with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone at Economy Heating and Air. When I first moved to Roseville three years ago, I had an issue with my heater, and after researching local companies online, I called Economy. Every contact with them has been positive. Since David came out for the original service, I’ve had Economy perform regular maintenance on my aging furnace and air conditioner, and everyone who has come out has helped keep everything in good working order. I know I’ll have to replace both at some point, and when that time comes, I won’t hesitate to call Economy. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed by this company's service. I had gotten estimates from 3 other HVAC companies well over $10k to replace the whole system. David provided me with the option of replacing just the A/C system for under $6k. I signed the contract on Friday and they installed it on Monday. TJ went above and beyond when he examined the refrigerant line (buried under insulation) and found two kinks in the copper line. He had to cut out one damaged section and solder in a new piece, which was done at no additional charge. So very happy with my new A/C and saved over $4,000. Thank you for doing such a great job cleaning up too.

Had a problem with our heater..Text David at Economy on Saturday at 5 pm. He was able to get a tech out to my house by 12 pm on Sunday! Excellent customer service !
