I called Direct at 830am and they were at my house at 1230pm. The tech repaired a duct and recharged the system for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I have a manufactured home in Canyon Lake and this was the only company out of 7 that I called in the area that would work on manufactured homes. I really appreciate it.
