We woke up to a cold house last Saturday. Direct AC was recommended to me by a co-worker who was satisfied with their past service. I called them early and they had a worker out that morning. They were able to find the problem with our furnace, replace the faulty part and had it working again the same day. I was afraid it was going to cost an arm and a leg, or that they would tell us we needed a new furnace. They are an honest shop. They took time to show us where the problem was and also provided us with a new furnace filter. They were professional, friendly, and reasonable. We will definitely keep their magnet on our frig and recommend them to our friends.
