Definitely recommend Direct AC. Last summer my condenser was not working. It went out during the hottest weeks of the year. Chris Thompson showed up at my home within a couple hours of me calling.
He was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and had the AC working within 20 minutes of showing up

I rent a home but the home owner used this company to fix my needs. Van Tallian was the technician that came out to fix my heater problem. He helped resolve the issue and provided tips on how to help maintain the heating system. Van even went out of his way to help take my dog out to my backyard to use the restroom as I'm currently recovering from knee surgery and it takes me longer to take my dog out. I will be getting a home in the next year and will be requesting services from DirectAC and will specifically ask for Van.

They have saved our lives the last 2 summers. Last year, our outside unit went down during a heat wave and they were able to come replace our unit ASAP. And recently our fan motor went out, which they were able to swap out. Excellent service and value and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Van responded to my inquiry the same day. They came and gave quality service in a timely manner. Because of these two gentlemen I would highly recommend tho company to anyone who needs service on their AC.
