Chris was the installer of the air conditioner unit. He came in the window direct ac gave us. The unit was in Excellent condition!!! Great quality. Chris was professional did the job Alone!!! He definitely knew what he was doing. Recommend this company!!!

Joe and Van did a great job updating our ducts. Prompt and professional, they finished the job quickly and cleaned everything up perfectly afterwards. Joe had been out the day before for maintenance and spotted some air flow restrictions. Getting a lot more air flow now, and the intake is far quieter, used to be able to hear it all the way out in the living room and now it's just a whisper even though it's moving more air. Very pleased and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Our heater would not come on. I work through Turner home improvement. The folks at Turner do an absolutely great job, and have always taking good care of me. They subcontract to direct AC! direct AC sent technician Van tallian To my home. To troubleshoot. Van did a great job. Great customer service took his time to explain everything to me and fixed the problem. I highly recommend direct AC and van specifically if you need it good technician that will take his time and explain things to you.

Had annual A/C maintenance check today. Van is the technician who typically provides the service to me and he is always extremely friendly and professional, even while providing service during the heavy rain today. I feel confident that my A/C system is ready for our upcoming hot season. Thanks as always Van :)

Van Tallian is the man! This company very professional. He came by my house perform a diag & fix the issue quick. The pricing was very reasonable as well & they got me in the club memebership too.
