One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The short of it - total waste of $300 and 2 months.
I setup an appointment because I had 2 hvac units that did not work in a house I purchased. They were able to come out the next day and charged me $300 to tell me they didn't work(information I already knew as I wouldn't have called them otherwise). I called 1-2 times a week for the following 3 weeks to only get pushed-off until they finally said they could have an estimator come out in a week and they wouldn't be able to perform the work for at least 2 weeks after that. When I said I'd like them to perform the work and get some credit for what I had already paid the secretary scoffed at me and said the owner would call me back. That call never happened and I was able to get excellent service from American Air within a week. This took place in December and January and I now know that when it gets below freezing in my home that the thermostat stops reading temperature and just posts "lo".

Dennis Heating and Air installed our system when our home in Shingletown was built in 2018. Master bedroom NEVER got as cool or warm as the rest of the house. I finally called them out this summer, Andy learned the duct work was crushed leading to the Master. They only charged us for their labor!!! Their phones are always answered, they call to let you know the tech is on their way, and best of all, they clean their mess up. Don't even bother with anyone else!!

I called Dennis Heating and Air at 7 a.m. and spoke with a man named Kody. I explained the situation to Kody and he was out to my house in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional and prompt. He worked quickly and rescued my pet in less than 30 minutes. Kody's HVAC expertise and quick response saved my pets life and I honestly cannot thank him or Dennis Heating and Air enough.
