Very pleased with our experience. Our house was built in the 1950s and had a split HVAC system that was 30 years old. We wanted to replace the system with a new efficient setup, but had limited space in our garage where the main unit needed to go, and inadequate return volume due to size restrictions on the ducting coming under the foundation and through the concrete slab.
We had two other contractors look at the setup, and both came highly recommended from friends. The first didn't even look at the ducting under the house and gave me a cookie cutter quote for a standard unit replacement, with no changes to any ducting or adding a needed return register.
The second didn't see a way of making a split system work, and wanted to relocate a single unit to the roof and redo all the ducting and route it all to the attic. I did not like this very much, as our attic was already cramped for space. Communication was terrible and he ultimately declined the job.
Dave from Dennis' was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to come up with a solution to bring our system up to par that others either were unable or unwilling to do.
The installers were friendly, did quality work, and cleaned up any messes they made. Everyone we dealt with was professional and responded in a timely manner. Overall we're very happy with everything and would highly recommend.

I can not express how much I appreciate this business. They helped me when my Dad was in the hospital by getting his heating unit running efficiently for him to come home to and they did it so quickly! Then when I bought my business we needed to update the a/c and they really worked with me to get the best system for the right amount of money. I will always refer all business I can because they truly believe in customer service SATISFACTION.

I spent $6,000.00 on a new Hvac unit in 2013. The unit itself had many problems, no fault of Dennis Heating and Air since they do not make the unit. Over the course of the next 5 years have probably spent twice that amount in parts and service calls trying to keep me in heat. If any company can be judged by their willingness to stand behind what they sell when things go bad at no fault of theirs, then Dennis is simply a fantastic company. Jeff the owner and Jim in particular are wonderful and I more than appreciate their helping to resolve the never ending problem.
** Jim deserves a lifetime achievement award, air miles or something!
