Went through entire 30 yr old Rheem household roof mounted gas heater, fixed all direct problems and did thorough job cleaning out rust, bad wires etc to head off future trouble. Gave me the real story of the problems, what he needed to do\did to fix it and future issues and gave real info and advice instead of the typical line of "you need to replace it, units that old will just have one part fail one after another each time you replace the current problem part" this all while being baked on my roof in the dry sunny day 81° will use these fellows for any future HVAC services.

I was given appointment for a week ahead but woman on phone said she would try to move up…..the following day she called and said she a tech MIKE who had become available and sent him over…he not only fixed it but improved it…we had for only 2 years but wasVERY NOISY and now you can hardly hear it and cools off much more quickly!!!!
