We recently employed Lewis Air to install new AC and furnace units for both our upstairs and downstairs. We were pleased with all aspects of the work. Philip provided an accurate and reasonable quotation and the installation crew of Paul, Jose and Dan were very professional, courteous and conscientious when working in our home. The upstairs is noticeably cooler with the new units and revised ductwork. Even our neighbor commented on the quality of the installation and stated they had wished they had used them for their recent upgrade. We would highly recommend Lewis Air in the future.

Simply put, Lewis Air Services is the best! I spent a great deal of time researching a solution for my faulty furnace and a/c, and decided to go with Trane’s heat pump system.That’s where I found Lewis - right on the Trane website listed as the authorized dealer for Trane in my area. That’s important, because other HVAC companies can sell you Trane, but not the best models, not their best rebates, and not their best prices! In fact after rebates, Lewis Air installed Trane’s top of the line heat pump and air handler for less than another company was going to install a mid level unit, and a poorly matched air handler - because nobody knows the product line like the authorized dealer - Lewis. Further, I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company. They were eager to accommodate my difficult scheduling needs, arrived on time, completed the work on time, and when I expressed concerns with some of the old ducting we had, they came right back a day later to tighten up old connections and insulation. I had the system tested for leaks afterwards, and we passed above the highest threshold - for new construction HVAC systems. When I say they do good work, I can prove it! Call them now - and ask for Phillip Lewis - he knows Trane!

The employee could not find what was wrong with the furnace in the main building and the wall furnace in the outer building he did not know what a "rolling flame" meant so I Googled it and read the definition to him. This is what the Gas Company said was wrong with the wall furnace but he could not fix it. I was charged $200.00 for nothing. The next Heating company was able to fix the problems.

Lewis air was the first company to come out and look at
our air conditioning system out of eight different
companies we called. They showed up on time and our
rep Blake was knowledgeable, courteous and clean cut.
They were able to identify the issues and give us a couple of different options to repair or upgrade the system. We ultimately decided to put in an all new system considering their installation process was far superior to anyone else we spoke to. I would highly recommend Lewis air for your HVAC needs

Hans and Alex were very professional and courteous. They love what they do and it shows it. Office managers Philip and Alex were responsive and cooperative. Good to have an HVAC company in our back yard at reasonable pricing.

First let me start off by stating that Lewis Air was a second opinion because a previous company basically misinformed me and had told me that I had a leak, didn’t investigate where this leak was and also told me that the coolant in needed they couldn’t get and that it was banned from the US which was not true!! They had said that I needed both a new AC unit as well as a new HVAC unit!!

Turns out, Spencer from Lewis Air made a house call, diagnosing where the leak was, fixed the simple leak and replaced some of the coolant that I needed in order for my AC to cool again. Spencer was very professional, patient and very kind and he said after listening to me about what another company told me about my AC and said, I’m sorry I don’t like to hear stories like that but be reassured I will tell you where the leak is, I will fix the leak and you should have your AC working great today!! He did exactly what he had said I greatly appreciate Lewis Air honesty and integrity and would highly recommend Lewis Air for all your AC needs!!

Based on another company’s inspection, we thought a full HVAC replacement was needed. Spencer, a knowledgable and friendly technician from Lewis, did essentially the same inspection, replaced the capacitor, cleaned the unit’s grill work, and we were up and cooling again. It’s a fifteen year old system and we know we’ll have to replace it sooner rather than later but we feel like we’ve gotten some breathing room thanks to a low key, straightforward professional. Thank you , Spencer. And thanks to the Lewis company as well.

Although we thought we needed a new thermostat, Spencer was so helpful and was able to fix what had come disconnected. And Candicein the office was wonderful. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend you to anyone who needed any HVAC services.

LEWIS there is been a staple in the community for over 30 years… Our family has used them for those years. They came out two days after calling, which was the best I thought being that is so hot. Spencer was fantastic and was able to solve my problem same day!
