From the initial consultation with Philip to the installation by Hans, Jose, and Tanner everything was top notch. I was offered multiple options to replace my 36 year old heating & a/c unit. Each option was thoroughly explained and I never had the feeling of being sold more than I needed.
I chose my install date & the guys showed up right on schedule. Hans walked up with a big smile & intoduced himself. They were all so professional yet very personable. They finished the job in about 5 hours and left my garage & side yard completely clean. Tanner showed me how to use the new thermostat both on the wall & on my phone. They answered all my questions & left me with a beautiful new furnace & air conditioner. I highly recommend Lewis Air!

We've had pretty bad, inefficient HVAC for years. Finally decided to do some about it as our old system was on its last legs and called Lewis Air because they've done minor repairs on our system before and always offered very fair and reasonable pricing for their services. Tanner and John just got done installing a brand new slimline compressor in a better location than the previous 16 year old unit, a slimmer blower unit in our garage to replace the old one that had started to die, as well as a new dedicated duct run to our master bedroom so it can finally be heated and cooled more than 2°F without it needing to run for four hours.

Not only did they remove and haul away the old units, for the blower they patched up the top of the wooden box it sits upon (and which is how air reaches it from the intake vent) so it's still capable of generating enough suction at the intake to properly move air through the house, but they also removed and hauled away the concrete slabs the old compressor had been installed on!

None of this was easy to do, at least not for a regular person, but they did it all in under a day and were very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. They made sure to explain how the entire system works and what sort of regular maintenance I should be doing to keep it running as long as possible, issues to look out for in the future that would require a phone call to the experts, and they even handle registering the equipment for warranties so it's one less thing on my plate. Oh, and they cleaned up everything when they were done!

All in all a very good experience, fantastic value, and honestly the only thing I would have done differently is call them about five years ago to do it so I wouldn't have suffered through the last few summers with the craziest electrical bills of my life and insufficient A/C!

We had our old heating (gas) and air conditioning system replaced with a new Heat Pump system. Lewis Air Services was very responsive and helped us pick a system and package that was best for our home. They were able to install it four days later. The installation crew were the best. Hans, Louis, and Henry were on time, polite kept me informed of their progress, were knowledgeable about the system they were installing and cleaned up before they left.

Highly recommend you call Lewis Air Services before going with anyone else. I was referred to them, and I am glad I called. Spencer is a rock star and delivered excellent service. The AC company that came out last year tried to tell me I just needed the thermostat replaced, which I was skeptical about. And, of course, as we are approaching summer, my AC is blowing air, but not cold air again, and the problems are the same. I called Lewis Air this time, and Spencer diagnosed several issues that the other company should have addressed but didn't. Spencer took care of everything, walked me through each step, and explained what needed to be done to get cool air blowing again. He was amazing, and I am so thankful to have found them. Be sure to call them if you are having AC issues! They are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and will do everything they can to help!

The in-home design consultation with Philip was super informative. I collected quotes from three contractors. Philip was the only one who gave very practical advice about the size of the units, how it fits the outdoor space on the side of the house, and whether the unit fits through the attic door. Clearly, he had done the work himself and looked at the project like a homeowner.

The quotes were reasonable and included all the proper and applicable rebates.

The installation team, Niko, John, and Harvey. They were on time, professional, and quick. They did the job cleanly and needed nothing from us. It was a painless experience. We barely noticed them. In the end, they educated us on the new systems too.

The team Lewis Air sent to my house was top notch. They were polite, professional, clean and on time. Replaced both my AC unit and furnace in my attic. Hans tested everything and asked for my input a couple of times throughout the day. These guys are great!

We replaced our old heater in a hall closet for a heat pump that was moved to the attic. We also had a/c installed as well as a split unit for a single bonus room upstairs. The crew was prompt, friendly, informative, and thorough with their work. They set the bar really high for our other contractors. We got proposals from 4 other companies and by far we got the best with Lewis Air. They weren't the cheapest, but they used quality equipment and the team provided us with 5 star service.

Spencer from Lewis Air was very courteous, on time, knowledgeable and did a great job servicing my air conditioning units and furnaces. This is the 3rd firm I have had out for an issue. The first firm said I needed a new air conditioning system and furnace. The second guy recharged my air conditioning but wouldn’t go into the attic and take care of the drainage issue in the overflow pan. Spencer said it was a very easy fix and tested his fix and all was in order. What a relief I don’t need a new system! I highly recommend Lewis Air and Spencer!
