After a thorough inspection of the current system, Phillip submitted a detailed estimate of work to be done, equipment to be installed and literature on all associated components. This was to replace the old furnace, fan and AC unit. Pricing was quite competitive and proceeded with scheduling the install. Great communication and the installation team arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the work efficiently and neatly...no mess, no chaos! Afterwards received a very thorough demo and instructions on using the new thermostat and system. Nothing but positives to report!

I highly recommend Lewis Air for any of your HVAC needs. We decided to replace our entire AC/heater system, not looking for the cheapest price, but the best value. Philip listened to what we wanted and recommended a unit that would give us both performance and value. The team that came to do the install was Niko, Harvey and Alex. They all exceeded our expectations, making sure the job was done in an extremely professional manner, covering our carpet, staying as clean as possible and answering all of our questions even as we interrupted their work. They also took the time to explain the operation of the new unit in detail and made sure everything was completely clean when they left.

I am not one to write reviews often unless I really feel strongly about my experiences. I need to give a huge shout-out to Blake Lewis for coming out to fix our AC unit SAME DAY. I had been recommended Lewis Air by a neighbor a few days prior and man did they deliver. From phone call to the end of repair only took three hours. He also recommended that I prophylactically replace a component that at the time was functioning correctly but soon would dye out which would necessitate another visit. Blake said that because he was already there and it was an easy fix, he would only charge me for parts and cut out any service fee. I did my own research and turns out he was totally correct, I appreciate him taking the time to save me another phone call. Blake was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I will absolutely be calling Lewis air for all my HVAC needs. Side note, request for Blake because he will get things done asap and he is very handsome.

During our last heatwave our air-conditioner stopped working. We call Lewis Air on Monday afternoon and they had an appointment Wednesday. Having a unit over 20 years old we figured we were going to have to replace the compressor. The rep looked at the unit and had it working in less than 15 minutes with a cost under $100. How refreshing to receive such great service.

Spencer knew his stuff and explained what was going on. He also checked out the A/C side as well. Very thorough.

Lewis Air Services was amazing. We went through 2 other contractors, one wanted to charge us $28k to replace our entire system, the other wanted to charge is $4k to fix our "bad" ducts, then ran off with our deposit. Finally, we had Lewis Air come out and fix our issue for $800 bucks in under 2 hours.

We will never use anyone other than Lewis Air. These folks are amazing.
