    Heating went off suddenly a couple days ago. Lewis Air of RSM was recommended highly from my daughter who used them twice in the past. She was right; within a couple days they came out. Blake assessed the situation quickly and efficiently ordered the part and installed it two days later!!! We are very happy with him and all the office staff with whom we came in contact. We would recommend them now as well.

    Quote was half the price of other companies with better Trane products. They're an RSM company, which i like to support. They recommend the best products for your home rather than the most expensive. The installers accidentally knocked out one of my can lights and fixed it quickly and nicely without even saying anything. They keep everything clean during install. Installers were super nice. AC replacement is never cheap or fun, go with this company to keep it as painless as possible.

    Excellent company. Top of the line at a competitive price. Call Philip & it will be an easy decision. I shopped 4 other companies. All less reputable. One was good but more expensive. The other two were smaller & cost more. One missed 2 appointments. Lewis Air has been first class in every way. Everybody they sent are prompt & awesome. Glad I was referred to them by my customer.

    During the recent heatwave, my AC was not functioning, so I turned to Lewis Air on the recommendation of my extended family owned AC company (not local!). They did a great job of scheduling me (with an actual human!!), showing up on time, diagnosing and fixing the problem...all with me out of town. They communicated regularly and, although not the cheapest, provided a fair price for excellent service. Although I hope not to need them again soon, I will definitely call again if the need arises.

    A neighbor gave me the referral. I've only had a technician come out to inspect if there are any issues and give me an estimate. The technician I had was Blake, and he was very professional, but still friendly, and most of all, honest! I will definitely be using this company to take care of my heating and cooling system. Search no further! I would recommend Lewis Air based on my first impression anyways.

    Repairs were just finished today, so I can't give a long term review. However, we have dealt with this company before and were satisfied with the service.
    This time around, we needed to replace our blower motor and fan. The company had to order the parts. We believe the company could have done a better job of keeping us informed as to when they would be able to come to our house to replace the faulty components. It seemed like they only responded when we inquired about the status of things. Once we inquired, they were prompt. But I don't know how long it would have taken if we hadn't kept asking. As it was, we were asked if they could come by "in the morning" to install the new parts. We said yes, but we received no confirmation or schedule from the company. They did come the next morning, but we didn't know for sure if they were coming or not.
    Having said all that, we think the company did a competent job. I would recommend them, but I think they could do a better job at customer relations.

    Great customer service. Called on a Friday around noon and left a message with someone. Received a call back on Friday approx 6pm to discuss my AC problem and work on a solution. We ended the call with the promise of a call back on Monday because someone might have cancelled their appointment. Sure enough I got the call Monday am and my AC problem was fixed by Monday afternoon. I am so happy I selected Lewis Air to purchase my AC /Heating system. Highly recommended.
