We hired Lewis Air to install new ducts and a heat pump system in my mom’s home in Newport Beach. Their team was excellent throughout the entire process. Philip was very helpful as we explored options homing in on an appropriate system for her needs. The install team of Hans, Blake, Daniel, and Alex was professional, courteous, and extremely patient and helpful as questions arose along the way, and they seemed committed to doing quality work. When we noted a minor issue on the day after the install, Hans came out quickly to tidy it up. Pricing was exactly as quoted, with no surprises at all. In short, I highly recommend them without reservation.

I have had two great experiences with Lewis Air. The first was last year when we had a steam humidifier installed. They provided the most competitive quote and were also the most responsive and comprehensive in explaining options.

The second was when the transducer on our heater went bad. Our home is new construction, so we were surprised when the heater stopped working a year after moving in. We connected with the builder with no luck, and then I reached out to the HVAC company that did the install. It became clear that this wasn’t going to be resolved anytime soon, so I called Lewis Air, and they sent out Jeffrey who was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the new part, and came out to install it as soon as it came in. Candace was also helpful with the followup calls. They made sure the part was covered under warranty, and made this a very painless process on my end. Also, the details matter. Whenever the tech opened the attic, he always made sure to vacuum the carpet afterwards. It’s a great part of their professionalism and attention to detail.

This is the only call you need to make when you need A/C service. We got three quotes for our 20-year-old system, and Lewis' was the best. Not only for the price, but for the options. One guy wanted to replace all of our ducts, one guy wanted to relocate an air return, and Lewis Air told us that extra work was not necessary. They guarantee their work, have been in business for decades, and are right up the street from my house, so I knew they were being honest about what needed to be done.

They were responsive with a quote, scheduled quickly (it was not hot yet, so they may be busier in summer), and their guys were efficient and courteous during the installation. They helped us through the city permit process as well, and when the city changed their requirements, Lewis Air came back out promptly and fixed the minor items to meet the new requirements.

Plus, our A/C unit is more efficient, quieter, and (yes) prettier than the monstrosity that was on our backyard before. Save yourself time and money by calling Lewis Air before you call anyone else.

My air conditioning system went out during a heatwave. I shopped around and found The Lewis Air team exceptional Phillip Lewis and his team were very professional and displayed Integrity through the whole process. The installation went well and Nico and Harvey were very thorough in explaining how everything works. before they left. They were a pleasure to work with. Not to mention I ended up with a great deal all around.

Lewis Air has always done a great job servicing my A/C, and it was no different when it was time to get a new A/C unit. Philip was professional, informative and never pressured me as I secured other estimates. That was a waste of time because Lewis Air was by far, the lowest estimate!
When I was ready to have work done they were readily available. On the day of the install, Tanner, Paul & Jose showed up on time. All three were friendly, courteous and respectful of me & the house (putting tarps down on floor). It was obvious they all knew what they were doing and they proved that by finshing well ahead of time! As soon as they turned the new unit on was noticeably quieter and more importantly, within minutes the house was cold! I will definitely recommend Lewis Air to all my family & friends!
