JR Putman is my go too hvac and plumbing partner. I say partner because they don't treat you like just another customer. They treat really every project as if it was their home . Excellent service every single time, where they go above and beyond. I'll continue to use them for all of my properties.

We have used this company for many, many years. Honestly, they have now lost our trust. Long story short, our Home Heating and air quit working. It is now 6 months later and it’s not fixed . The repair person promised 2 days not 6 months. They have failed appointments, installed the wrong parts, and failed to return calls. It’s a lot of empty promises and unskilled employees. Need to replace about 20 feet of sewage pipe. I was quoted a very reasonable and fair price. Exceptionally more fair than other plumbing companies that I asked. The entire project finished in two days. I was impressed by their speed and the quality of their work. The technicians working on the project were very friendly and very professional. Customer Service was very patient and spend a good amount of time answering all my questions before the work start. There was no hidden fees or any extra charges by the end of the project. JR Putman is an honest and dependable locally owned business. If you need any plumbing services, I highly recommend them.

We were the first customers with you with the original owner. We have purchased three units through the years. The last two appointments I have had have been canceled four times, and left us hanging. Not even a courtesy call. When our appointment got canceled the other day, we were done. We moved on with another air conditioning company. It is the loss of JR Putman not putting in our next unit. Haven’t even made an attempt to keep us as a customer, Wow, have you gone downhill? I have an outstanding technician with Bell brothers, Jason DeMarco. If you want a good technician ask for Jason.

The technician was professional. He explained everything so that I could understand. He was courteous, polite and did the cleaning quickly and cleaned up afterward. He answered all my questions about duct cleaning and duct systems and air vents from past and present. I use JR Putnam for plumbing, heating and air conditioning and even to install a new gas line for my fireplace. Always prompt and professional. I highly recommend them. Don't get discouraged by the answering service. Everything else is superb.

Joey and Tim came out. Both were great guys. Great customer service and very professional. I guess we have an older unit so there was something they needed to use to diagnose my unit that they didn't have mainly because our unit was older. So they said what they thought the issue was but with out the "tool" it wasn't a guarantee that the 3000 pieces would fix the issue. They were great to have and I was very comfortable!

Adam and his crew did a fantastic job removing the old HVAC equipment and ducts cleanly and installing the new system and ducts perfectly, professionally and on time. Everyone was super friendly, very courteous, informative, and very conscious of maintaining closed doors for the security of indoor pets. I secured multiple estimates for the job, and I made the right choice with JR Putman.

Nate was great. He was very professional. He was dressed well and was very patient with my questions. He communicated very well and kept me informed all along the way as he tested various components. It was a pleasure to have Nate as my service guy!
