Marcus Robinson the service technician for JR Putman was here Monday to complete a yearly maintenance on my heater. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and very professional. Keep up the good work! Thank you Marcus.

Tuesday Chris was here to inspect my air ducks to see if we could balance the air flow. My living room runs a lot colder then the other rooms in the winter. Chris came up with a plan to install dampeners in the duck work to direct more air flow to the living room and less to the bedrooms. The estimate was very affordable and we decided to have the job done. Chris has been to my house before. I’m very pleased with his work and was happy to see him again.

Wednesday Mark and Zach installed the dampeners that Chris recommended. These guys were great!!! They did the job in no time. Clean work and very thorough. They made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the temperature in each room before leaving. Thank you guys for a great job.

Tuesday December 3rd, Javier P the service technician from JR Putman replaced our thermostat. Javier is very professional and polite. Easy to talk with and an Excellent service tech. I have never had a bad experience with JR Putman. Highly recommended!

An excellent experience with JR Putman when they diagnosed the problem with my A/C. They were on time, respectful (offered to wear shoe protectors if I wanted) and efficient. 5 stars all the way!

Joshch was on my invoice and just super awesome. He took me seriously when i explained the issues and took appropriate action. Just fantastic!.. i did everything i could as a homeowner to solve my issue and he just tied all the loose ends with his knowledge and experience!... worth every dime i spent.

The technician Antonio diagnosed our blower motor was going out and that was why it kept tripping the circuit. He figured a work around by running the unit at a lower speed so we would have some relief while the part is ordered and installed later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on the task at hand.

Tech came out to fix my A/C unit before replacing anything he located some small repairs needed and the system runs like new. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely glad we purchased through JR Putnam. Ask for Joey that guy made the experience educational and comfortable.
