Air Medic AMHSI

Air Medic was assigned to our Home Warranty claim (which can be a tossup sometimes) and it was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences we've ever had with a contractor. I can't recommend Air Medic enough.

Garrett came out for an HVAC tune-up and repair for our old system that's been having issues with our smart thermostat, and he fixed it right up. He was highly professional, knew his stuff, and was patient and understanding hearing our concerns/issues with the system. The peace of mind knowing our furnace is tuned up and still trucking is priceless. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Air Medic was very professional & explained everything to me throughly. My AC unit was not working & in the middle of my apt I needed a certain piece installed…they left to go get it and came back right away to install. It didn’t completely fix the problem but they came back the next morning with everything that was needed and fixed the problem. I called around to see if the price they quoted me was about average and it was the best quote I could find. I’m very happy with the services they provided to me & happy my AC is working.

David is the man. We have a 1 year old and our heater wasn’t working and he got here next day after a maintance request and explained everything that was wrong and fixed it quick.

David from AMHS arranged to expedite a motor after a module for the motor did not fix the issue. He even cleaned up after himself! The entire staff at Air Home Medic Service are so courteous and caring. I would recommend this company to anyone needing assistance.

Air medic employee Ryan Crawford came to my house after my air conditioner went out over the weekend with 113° temperatures I have never been so impressed with a company or their employees to write a review the company is so professional and Ryan went above and beyond to fix my problem I have a Home warranty program AHS And have had other companies sent out to my house during those visits problems wouldn't be fixed and I would be given a sales consultant to try and sell me a new air conditioner I was so pleased that this was not the case with Air medic. I cannot recommend them enough I feel they deserve even more than five stars there is a reason why they have the reviews they have. they have the best employees that care about the work they do! Thank you so Much I will always request Air Medic in the future.

From the initial phone contact with Alex to the final installation of our AC system by Troy and Ben, we couldn’t be happier. They operate under the old fashioned values of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and compassion. Troy is an excellent diagnostician and solved our cooling crisis. We feel that he went over and above to take care of our AC needs. His commitment to great customer service is more than outstanding, it seems to be his personal “code”.

If your home warranty uses them as a vendor, ask them to switch it to someone else. Terrible service, awful communication, been without A/C for weeks on end and, after two tech visits, they still hadn't sent enough info to the warranty company to move forward with a replacement. Awful experience, and unprofessional staff.

Our heater went out just before Christmas. Ben came and fixed the problem and saved our family Christmas celebration. The prompt service was excellent, the repairs were perfect, and the customer service was terrific. Thank you very much for your excellent service and commitment.

Don't do business with this shady company. They are racist and don't do business with black people. They never answer the phone lines; they charge you for things they can't explain. There are plenty of other more reputable HVAC companies to do business with.
