Zack arrived promptly and fixed our A/C unit that was not putting out any cold air. He was courteous and repaired our a/c unit in less than 1 hour!

Jimmy and Cody came by on time today, worked efficiently and at an extremely fair price had my heater working in minutes! Brittany called mid day to update their time of arrival, a service that gets forgotten often. As a customer on a tight time schedule, I fully appreciated the update so I could do other things with my day. I cannot thank you enough for getting my heating up to par just before we have family over for the holidays!

I keep HVAC repair in the same category as wifi and cable installations..difficult and can give you the run around BUT NOT WITH THESE GUYS! I reached out to Beyond Cool Heating and Air and asked Brittany what it meant if I had insulation blowing through my vents! She said Jimmy can be out there in 2 days! Jimmy and his partner showed up right on time and they were fast but very polite! They did a full inspection and diagnosed the issue right away. Jimmy told me exactly what I needed before they could do the repairs and told me exactly what they would have to fix. He said I would have a quote by the end of the day but Brittany sent it over within the hour! I’m taking care of my pest problem and then making sure Jimmy comes back to do the repairs! Will suggest them to everyone I know.
