When our 14 year old AC started blowing warm air we called Beyond Cooling. From the first contact with Brittany to when Zach and Cody walked out the door it was top notch.
Jimmy arrived the first day and explained everything and what was wrong with our old system. They were back the next morning and got us fixed up. So glad we went with a local family business. Highly recommended. Thank you to the whole team at Beyond Cooling.

I could not be more grateful for Beyond Cool Heating and Air! Our AC has been out for a couple weeks now and our warranty company has been no help getting us a technician out here! I contacted this company on Monday, had a technician come out and diagnosed it on Tuesday(completely grounded system) and got a whole new system put it by lunch time today!! No out of pocket expense either! We were able to finance our whole system so it could fit within our budget!! All around a wonderful local company to do business with!! I cannot recommend them enough!!!(:

I’ve used Beyond Cool for several years for service, repair, and replacement of our HVAC units - always a top-notch experience. Jimmy was at my house within 2 hours of my call when our AC unit quit working, and had it repaired within another 2 hours. Job well done!

After a different tech came out from another agency and “serviced our air conditioner.” We had serious water damage. The other company could not send a tech out for another week. I reached out to beyond cool heating and air after a reference from a friend. They sent a tech out the very next day to diagnose the problem and fix it. They informed us that we would be in need of a new unit and immediately gave us prices and estimates. Brittney was very prompt replying to all of my questions and so helpful. The new unit came in just a few days later. I thought it was going to take days to get it in and running. The techs were amazing, arrived and installed it in no time! They even cleaned up better than when they arrived! I’m so thankful for the honest service and kind staff.
