Dealing with Aire-tech AC has been a pleasure since the very beginning and ongoing.

When I first called to schedule for an estimate I left a message after hours and I got a call back the very next day and was scheduled for a consultation with a technician. I got a text message and an email soon after my phone call with complete details including a picture of the person coming to do the inspection and consultation.

Mike from Aire-Tech arrived exactly on time as scheduled, I even got a message when he was en route.

Mike took a look at our existing system, looked at the components, went into the attic to see the ducting and took pictures so that I could see what he was looking at up there. He tested our system with his equipment and showed us live what the readings were saying and what they meant.

He asked us what we were looking for in a system, he walked us through options we had and made some recommendations but never pushed us for anything or tried to "upsell". He was patient with us as we went through the options and pricing and he told us his ideas for how to really make our house the right level of comfort we were looking for. He left us with a lot of good information and welcomed us too look at other contractors and options they presented.

I called him back a few days later after we had decided on Aire-Tech and things got scheduled for quickly and efficiently. Mike scheduled the design appointment for the next day which was great for us which would put our install date a few days later right before the huge heatwave coming. He saw an issue with the water heater and gave us a really good price in replacing that as well. I was already aware there may be an issue with it so I wasn't surprised, and once again he didn't want to push us to getting it repaired but he highly recommended it and gave me clear reasons why and what the work would include.

On install date my wife and kids stayed with grandma because Mike warned us well ahead of time it would be a long hot and dusty day. Which it was. Mike and Dennis worked all day in 100 to 110 temperatures installing everything. Any issues that came up were overcome with quick thinking and letting me know if I asked or if it was important that I was aware.

Once everything was installed and tested it didn't take too long for me to really see the work well done by Aire-Tech, Mike made sure I was happy even after his very long day. I even got follow up communication from Mike the next day to make sure I was happy. The next day was 110 degrees so it really tested the system and it was working far better than we could have imagined. My wife is already looking forward to the Winter and the use of the heater... Haha.

I want to start off by saying Mike and his team went over an beyond with the service they provided from the moment I called him to see why my AC Unit wasn’t working. He not only told me and showed me all the reasons why it wasn’t functioning correctly.

Mike paid extra attention to the areas in the house that was the hottest and made sure that it is the coolest room or area in the house now after he replaced everything (Furnace, duct work, AC Unit, water heater and the location of it as well).

Those willing to pay to get the work done right the first time give them a call. Took me paying my home warranty twice and still not able to get it working correctly and efficiently. Don’t waste no more time and money on that and call Mike and his team. It took them 3 days to complete the service and my family and I are so comfortable and appreciative of the great work they did in our home.

Aire Tech was highly recommended by a family member who had hired them about 9 years ago. I contacted Mike Page and made an appointment for a quote to replace our air conditioning. Literally, from the first call on the phone to passing final inspection, Mike and his team, Chris and Dennis, were awesome. Mike notified me when on his way, got here early and worked all day, for 2+ days. He delivered what he promised, explained everything he did as he went, and he and his team respected our property and cleaned up completely each day. None of them came in the house without booties, at all....and they were in and out all day! All three of these guys are highly professional and their work ethic was evident. I will never call anyone else for HVAC issues. You will not be disappointed with this company. I don’t think my husband and I have ever hired a company that truly deserved a 5 star rating. Our family moved into our house in October 2020. We had a dated A/C that had been maintained poorly and the single room upstairs was always 10 to 12 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not only did they deliver on what we needed, but took the old standard A/C system into the future by upgrading my system to a heat pump system. This company is outstanding! After having a couple of estimates, Nick came out to give us one. OMG, he spent 5x more time checking everything we had and using very visual, scientific instruments to find what our system needs and issues were. We decided to go with them and fantastic work. 100% legit, professional and honest business. Mike showed up time. Explained everything from start to finish. Fixed prices and showed me and my wife 3 options in getting our AC unit fixed. Who does that nowadays? Only Aire-Tech. We picked the best option with 1 year warranty. Mike fixed our AC unit as promised. We also signed up for membership. My A/C had went out on a Friday night...I called Saturday morning and Mike was able to at my house by 10 the same morning. My Blower motor had went out that he was able to make the repair the same day. I had asked Mike why my master bedroom gets so little air he said he can go up in the attic and look real quick and see what's going on... He had informed me that my house was 50% under ducted.. Mike had also performed an airflow test and confirmed His findings.. Mike recommended to reduct the whole house and upgrade to AC system to a more efficient unit.. A week later Mike and his crew came out and had the whole job done in 2 days. Very clean very professional crew that came out and got the job done. Even with re sizing all the ducking and adding 2 more vents and the master and one vent downstairs. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the job our master bedroom is finely cool with the proper amount of air Just in time for these hot Perris nights.
