Jimmy and Larry just left my home after replacing the AC part of my downstairs unit. The install he did earlier this year on my furnace was amazing but the AC part was much more difficult and accomplished with much professionalism. My 1965 home is much happier now that Jimmy did such a great job of upgrading my old unit. My confidence in Jimmy and Integrity Heating and Air is 100%. Always feel great after doing business with him and that says a lot!

BUYER BEWARE! This company(Jimmy) has no integrity! Had to come out twice to fix leaking heater. Never made it to service calls that he scheduled, didn't even call to say he wasn't going to show 2 times. Defective shoddy work. Very Poor customer service, and not reliable. Contacted Old Republic Home warranty and BBB

So grateful they came out to address our heater which was not working. They called to let us know what time and called when on the way. He fixed the problem quickly! Would highly recommend... always great to give business to a family owned company.
